Anneke Greco is an Executive Vice President based in Colliers’ Glendale office. With over 20 years of agency leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales experience, Anneke is a highly respected and knowledgeable expert in every facet of the commercial real estate lifecycle. Leading a prestigious team of office experts, Anneke calls upon her decades of market knowledge and robust network to cultivate deep client relationships and curate tailored real estate solutions for Class A properties across greater Los Angeles. Prior to joining Colliers, Anneke was an Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she represented notable owners and tenants, including Granite Properties, Cruzan, UBS, Beacon Capital Partners, Coretrust Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley, Atlas Capital Partners, Rockpoint, Irvine Company, Prudential, Clarion Partners, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Piedmont, Equity Office Properties, La Salle Investment Management, and Brookfield. At JLL, Anneke completed $1.3 billion in volume, encompassing 5.7 million square feet over her 10-year career. She was recognized as a “Top Achiever” in both 2015 and 2016 and “Gold Achiever” from 2017 to 2022. Prior to her time at JLL, Anneke was a Vice President at CBRE for ten years. Anneke attended the University of Southern California, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She is actively involved in National Charity League and serves on the Board of Trustees at Mayfield Senior School in Pasadena.
