Anthony is never satisfied until he has got the best deal possible for his clients - he is renowned within the industry as a dogged negotiator and his professional skills have been recognised with a Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Anthony is also a professional assessor for graduate surveyors who are applying for membership of the RICS.
He specialises in both agency and professional work across the pub, bar and restaurant sectors and is a member of the rent valuation arbitration panel. He has dealt with many specialist properties, including bowling centres, health and fitness clinics and breweries.
Key clients for Anthony include Greene King, the Grosvenor Estate, Land Securities, Nando’s and Shepherd Neame.
Anthony took a degree in estate management at Bristol Polytechnic before spending six years at a specialist rating and valuation firm covering the UK, becoming a member of the RICS in 1993. He gained an internal perspective of the industry when he moved on to Scottish & Newcastle, where he became an estate manager for London. He then became head of the pub department for an international firm of chartered surveyors.
He is a keen cyclist and has ridden from London to Barcelona three times - just for fun.
