In his brokerage endeavors, Tony focuses primarily on assisting retailers in executing expansion plans. He has an impressive track record of hundreds of transactions throughout Florida on behalf of national tenants such as the TJX Companies, Chase Bank, restaurants and grocers. Additionally, Tony creates value for institutional and local landlords in successfully overseeing the leasing and redevelopment of shopping centers and urban retail properties. Clients include Kimco, Weingarten and The Festival Companies. He also has development and has completed numerous build-to-suit developments for clients such as Starbucks and T-Mobile.
Tony, as a partner and founder, spent 17 years helping build Centre-Line Real Estate Services into one of the premier brokerage companies in South Florida.
Prior to Centre-Line, Tony served as VP of Development for Argate Properties where he was in charge of land acquisition and municipal approvals. He orchestrated over $25 million in build-to-suit developments for national retailers such as Linens N Things and Bally’s Total Fitness.
Tony obtained extensive knowledge of grocery-anchored shopping centers as Vice President of Stiles Retail Group. There, Tony handled all pre-leasing and outparcel sales as well as land acquisitions for development of over one million square feet of neighborhood grocery centers.
