He is the Principal Broker for the firm that was launched in 2012 and was previously a Vice President of Retail & Investment Services for CBRE, Inc. for 11 years prior to the founding of Blue Rock Partners, LLC.
He has an extensive background in commercial brokerage ranging from bringing new retailers into Hawaii to bullish expansion of existing retailers. Larger roles in advising on large retail portfolios has been, and continues to be, a significant aspect of his business.
