"Price is what you pay. Value is what you get!" After graduating from Cornell University with an economics degree, I became a commercial real estate appraiser in 1986.
Lockly Valuation Services, (LVS) is a full-service real estate appraisal and consulting firm. Our services include real estate appraisals and market analysis for commercial, industrial, residential, vacant land, and several special-use properties, such as off-premise advertising billboards and stormwater detention ponds.
Appraisal and consulting assignments have been performed for investment counseling, property tax appeals, mortgage financing, feasibility analysis, bankruptcy filings, charitable donations, litigation support, and eminent domain valuations for local, county, state, and federal public improvement projects.
