Anthony Mazzucca is the Vice President at Colliers in Woodbridge, NJ. With over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, Mazzucca specializes investment properties, retail & muli-family, Land Sales & special asset solutions. Prior to Blackpoint Realty he served as the president of The Blackpoint Group where he developed shopping centers, industrial parks and affordable housing and SVN Blackpoint Realty where he was Managing Director. Mazzucca was also the manager and broker of record for Newfoundland Realty in New Jersey where he specialized in retail leasing and land sales to major retail users.
Mazzucca s extensive experience includes the development and sale of apartment complexes and affordable senior housing; the sale and management of strip shopping centers; supermarket chains site searches; and lease, management and the sale of industrial and office buildings.
As a resident of Lakewood Ranch, Mazzucca is very active in the community. Currently, he is a board member of Manatee County Chamber Downtown Redevelopment Agency; member of the Sarasota and Manatee County Economic Development Agencies; member of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce; and a member of Tampa Bay Partnership. He is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the International Council of Shopping Center.
Mazzucca earned a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Lehigh University. He is licensed in New York and a certified public accountant. Mazzucca serves on the Leadership Committee of his church and is active in the promotion of affordable housing.
