Bio
Ari Malul began his career in 2002 after meeting Stanley Schuckman through a chance encounter. From there he learned the craft of landlord and tenant representation side by side with Stanley and his son Kenneth Schuckman; with a strong emphasis on analytics and strategic store planning using mapping and demographic software. Since then Ari has gone on to work as an agent, associate broker and in 2018 moved into the role of Managing Director overseeing the tenant representation division of Schuckman Realty. Ari has represented exclusively many national tenants in the five boroughs, Westchester, Long Island and Northern NJ including Starbucks, HSBC, Banfield Pet Hospital, Blue Pearl Animal Hospital, 5 guys Burgers, Popeyes, Taco Bell, Cold Stone Creamery, One Medical, Stat Health Urgent Care, Lidl Supermarket, Blinds to Go, Tend Dental, Genesis dialysis, New York Cancer and Blood, Ace Hardware, Red Wing Shoes and a host of other regional and national tenants who look to strategically grow in the metro NY. Ari takes a hands-on approach using street video, aerial photography and drone video, geofencing software, and an intimate knowledge of the markets to provide tenants and their committees a better understanding of the strategy and the sites in review. Ari makes custom made videos for select customers to further educate corporate decision making. Ari is a licensed associate real estate broker in the state of New York and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Born in Queens, Ari has lived in Queens and Brooklyn until recently relocating to Westchester County with his wife and two boys.
