Mr. Tiano began his real estate career in 2006 at Grubb & Ellis Company, now a part of Newmark Knight Frank. His previous experience as a small business owner/operator provided him with a strong foundation of business fundamentals, including a practical understanding of operations and finance. Mr. Tiano utilizes this experience to understand the critical business needs of his clients. Over the past 11 years, Mr. Tiano has completed some of Silicon Valley’s most notable transactions, including the leasing of 234,000 square feet at Santana Row, which won the Silicon Valley Business Journal's Top Office Deal award in 2016.
Completing assignments in over a dozen states and seven countries, Mr. Tiano has established himself as one of Silicon Valley's top producers. He has consistently ranked among the Top 10 for Newmark Knight Frank (NorCal) and was ranked by the Silicon Valley Business Journal in 2016 as the 23rd top producing broker for all of Silicon Valley.
