Armik entered the commercial real estate industry in 1997 by joining Sperry Van Ness till 1999 when he joined Coldwell banker Commercial. Prior to that he enjoyed a successful career in residential real estate since 1984.
Since joining Coldwell banker Commercial, he has been involved in all aspects of transacting over $200 million of investment sales & Leasing and has participated directly in business development, property evaluation and property marketing. This experience has allowed him to participate in the review, analysis and sale of wide variety of properties ranging from mid-size to portfolios.
