Arne Svendsen has specialized in industrial property leasing and sales since 1999. A native of Seattle, he has focused on generating long-term relationships with his clients by providing a very high level of service with a personal touch. Since 1999, he has successfully represented tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, investors and developers throughout the completion of more than 325 industrial and office real estate transactions on more than 2 million square feet of space.
In addition, Arne has owned and managed several industrial properties as 100% owner and has established many long-term property management accounts for each of the firms he’s been a part of.
