Arnie is an accomplished and innovative seasoned commercial leasing executive with over 35 years of experience. His experience is in all facets of commercial properties, shopping centers and malls, leasing, sales and marketing, management and contract negotiations. He has leased over 16 million square feet of regional mall space as well as contributed to leasing, developing, and redeveloping 1.5 million square feet that included the disposition of Walmart, Aldi, and Walgreen’s stores throughout the Chicagoland area. Arnie was involved in Walmart’s front of the store shops program procuring viable regional and national tenants and is particularly skilled in tenant representation, specifically strategic planning and site selection.
