Arnie Meranski moved to Denver from Miami, Florida in 1984. Specializing in retail investment, Arnie became a top income producer for some of the largest commercial real estate firms in Denver. Transitioning from brokerage to private equity ownership, Arnie formed Western Centers, Inc. in 1991. Since its formation, Western Centers has become a leading player in all areas of Shopping Center investments, acquisitions, leasing, and management.
