Arthur’s impressive experience begins with a design degree from Brown, followed by a graduate degree in city planning from Harvard, and stints in Washington, D.C. with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and as assistant director of the President’s National Commission on Urban Problems. For the past 25 years, Arthur has been at the top of Bay Area commercial real estate, specializing in office, retail, industrial and investment properties. Arthur is also active in many professional and other nonprofit associations, and is President of the Central Business District Association of Oakland.
