Arthur J. Mirante, II is Savills Vice Chair, North America, based out of their New York office. Arthur is responsible for growing the firm’s platform and resources in North America and continue to serve the firm’s clients.
Arthur is highly regarded in the industry for his expertise and experience with large and complex transactions. In 2021, he represented the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in a 200,000 square foot lease at 403 E. 79th Street and Banco Santander in a 160,000 lease at 437 Madison Avenue. Other major tenant representation clients include Boies Schiller & Flexner, The National Basketball Players Association, Cozen & O’Connor, McLaughlin & Stern, 1-800-Flowers, National Football League, Guardian Life Insurance Company, and Mastercard International. His landlord representation has included RXR, Kamber Management, THOR Equities, and Paramount Leasehold. He has closed some of the largest capital markets transactions in New York including the sale of The World Trade Center for $1.4 billion, the sale of 200 Park Avenue for $1.72 billion, the acquisition of 666 Fifth Avenue for $1.8 billion, and the long- term net lease of 75 Rockefeller Plaza to RXR in 2013.
Prior to joining Savills, Arthur was the principal and chairman of the tri-state region for Avison Young where he served on both the executive committee and the board of directors. For 20 years, Arthur was the CEO of Cushman & Wakefield where he was responsible for growing revenues from $80 million to $1.2 billion.
