Prior to joing Sabre Real Estate Group, Art worked at Anderson Realty Services, where he focused on expanding property management and property maintenance for the company. Art was also involved in project leasing activities and general brokerage at ARS. Art brings more than 25 years of industry experience in the management, operations and leasing of diverse portfolios of investment real estate. During the past twelve years he has of developed new leasing and management assignments from his vast network of both institutional and individual investors. He understands the importance of ROI and the attention to asset growth and preservation while operating each asset from the owner's perspective. Art has worked and held high management positions in some of the area’s largest management organizations.
