Bio
Arthur J. Waldrop is a Principal at Avison Young’s Atlanta operations. With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Art also develops and implements real estate solutions for clients both domestically and internationally. His experience ranges from developing strategic plans to assisting with financing decisions to transaction implementation. Transaction experience includes lease and fee acquisitions, build-to-suits, lease dispositions, fee dispositions and sale and leasebacks.
Mr. Waldrop joined Avison Young from DTZ where he was the managing officer for the Atlanta operations. Prior to DTZ he worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a senior director representing local and international corporate clients. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Art spent 10 years with CB Richard Ellis’ Corporate Services group, where he received numerous awards for his production achievements.
