Asher Gunter is an Executive Vice President with Phoenix Multifamily Institutional Properties. Mr. Gunter began his career in real estate in 2004 and has specialized in multifamily sales since 2009. During this time, Mr. Gunter has been involved in the disposition of more than 25,000 apartment units with a value of more than $2.5 billion.
Prior to joining the team, Mr. Gunter worked in the Financial Consulting Group, a division within CBRE, specializing in sophisticated financial and analytical consultative services. Mr. Gunter advised buyers, sellers, and users on property level financial issues and identified areas for value creation. During his tenure with the Financial Consulting Group, Mr. Gunter assisted in the transaction of over 20 million square feet of commercial real estate with an aggregate consideration of over $4 billion.
