Ashley Goodroe has been in the commercial real estate business for over 18 years in the East Georgia/Lake Oconee Area, specializing in sales and leasing of Commercial Real Estate and Land Brokerage. She has consistently been the top producing commercial agent in the Lake Area for the past 15 years. She prides herself in making sure her clients understand the complex commercial sales and leasing process as well as assisting them in making positive decisions for their business and investment needs. She holds her CCIM designation, which is the top designation for commercial agents internationally. The CCIM program is an educational, experience, and volume driven designation that is only held by the top 6% of the commercial agents nationally and recognizes proven experts in the commercial real estate and investment disciplines.
