Ashley Sterlekar is the property manager for approximately 196,000 square feet of office and R&D in the San Francisco Bay area. She is responsible for the operations of the properties including tenant relations, supervision of maintenance staff, accounting and reporting. Ashley joined Westlake in December 2013 as an assistant property manager and was promoted to property manager within one year.
Prior to joining Westlake, Ashley worked for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Douglas Emmett managing a portfolio of Class A office properties. Previously, she worked for Primero Management, Inc., a retail real estate firm based in the Los Angeles area, specializing in shopping centers and malls.
Ashley holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a licensed California real estate salesperson. Cal BRE #01889249.
