He brings 10 years of experience working in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Zapolski, he worked as an investment professional delivering attainable housing for people in need nationwide. He also co-founded Studio ToolBox - an innovative multidisciplinary design and development platform focused on low-cost housing solutions and community development, where he led a diverse team of professionals developing over 3 million square feet of mixed-use, residential, and other community-oriented sustainable development projects.
