Austin R. Kinzle is a professional healthcare real estate broker and developer with
experience in business and client development, commercial real estate leasing and
sales, partnership syndication, strategic partnership alignment and project
coordination. He has proven abilities to form and facilitate cohesive teams, interface
with public agencies and health facility administrators, and liaise with key shareholders.
As the director of a prominent commercial real estate brokerage in Wichita, Kansas, Austin formulated and
implemented the strategies and techniques of the region’s first medical real estate division. Although a new
concept in the Midwest, the division went on to list medical office building investment opportunities in
excess of $9 million, brokered several healthcare practice leases and brokered the acquisition of a 10,000
square foot facility for a mid-size home health firm. During his tenure, the division also branched into elder
care facilities development and operations.
Mr. Kinzle created Healthcare Real Estate Group, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage and development
firm specializing exclusively in healthcare facilities leasing, development and investment. Austin continues his
efforts through Healthcare Real Estate Group, LLC to deliver professional real estate brokerage and
development services to providers throughout the Midwest.
Austin got his start in healthcare through the United States military as a medical specialist. After years of
medical related professional and educational experiences, he made the decision to combine his background in
healthcare with his interests in the commercial real estate and development industries. Mr. Kinzle holds a
bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma.
