Austin began his real estate career in the late 1990’s and has had the opportunity to experience and excel in many different aspects of the business. From leading complex corporate transactions to leading large development projects, Austin’s experience as a leader and owner has prepared him for all situations.
Austin’s entire career has focused on advising healthcare and corporate clients to maximize the value in their real estate. Having been involved with some of the most well-known companies and hospital systems in the state, such as Duke Medicine, Novant, UNC Healthcare, Salix Pharmaceuticals, and, many others, Austin has been involved with over 500 transactions with an aggregate value of over $1 billion.
Austin is originally from Nashville, TN and holds a degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a licensed real estate broker for the states of North and South Carolina and is also an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors © (SIOR), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He currently lives in Raleigh with his wife Katie and children Henry, Ollie, and Kackie.
