Austin Mudd serves as an Associate for the Kitty Wallace Team located in the Brentwood office for Colliers. For 20 years, the Kitty Wallace Team has specalized in the sale of apartment buildings, land developments, condominimum conversions, student housing, and affordable housing projects across Southern California.
Austin Mudd joined Colliers from Arc Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based real estate operating company targeting middle-market value-add and opportunistic opportunities. Previously, Austin was a loan originator for PNC Bank, one of the nation's largest commercial real estate lenders. Austin has a wide variety of experience in asset management and acquisitions of multifamily, office, and retail assets.
Austin specializes in the sale of multifamily value add and turnkey investments in Southern California. Throughout his career, he has successfully been involved in the asset management of $130 million of multifamily, office, and retail assets, the acquisition of $100 million of retail and office assets, and the origination of $200 million of debt for multifamily, office, and self-storage assets.
