Axel H. Anderson is a member of the Northeast development team of Crow Holdings Industrial, where, in partnership with institutional clients, he sources, underwrites, and oversees large-scale, class A industrial development projects.
Formerly, Axel was an Associate with the New Jersey Investment Sales team at Holiday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF). In this role, he developed offering memoranda, broker opinions of value, and detailed financial models to help clients maximize the returns on their commercial real estate holdings.
Axel is also a co-founder of the New Jersey Young Real Estate Professionals group, a bi-monthly gathering of up to a hundred young people from the State's top commercial real estate firms.
Previously, Axel was Assistant Vice President of Leasing for RXR Realty's New Jersey portfolio. In this capacity, he sourced and executed office leasing transactions in some of the State's most prestigious buildings. Mr. Anderson also produced detailed financial analyses of leases and lease options as well as completed leasing activity reports for each property in RXR's 3-million square foot New Jersey portfolio.
Earlier, Axel was a Client Services Specialist for CBRE Group, Inc. In this role, Mr. Anderson executed both leasing and sale transactions of office, industrial, laboratory, and "flex" properties. He also marketed unimproved land sites for sale and development.
Before that, Mr. Anderson was an office leasing broker with CBRE Group focused on Class A transactions in Union, Essex, and Morris Counties, New Jersey. In that capacity, he acted as one of the exclusive leasing agents for Park Ave at Morris County, a six-building, 1.2 million square foot Trophy Class office campus in Florham Park, NJ.
Mr. Anderson began his career in 2010 with an internship with CBRE, then CB Richard Ellis.
