Barbara Dunn-Stear, CCIM, provides a tremendous amount of experience in land acquisitions and commercial sales and leasing. She has brought a well-rounded background and more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience to Leading Edge. A former teacher, retail shop owner, mechanical contracting manager and brokerage owner, Barbara is knowledgeable in the day-to-day decisions owners face regarding real estate disposition. The education required to attain the CCIM designation complements her experience in transactions representing owners, developers, and tenants.
