As a member of the Cassidy Turley’s Industrial Brokerage team, Barb Jespersen brings a fresh client perspective to the group. Barb joined the firm in 2005 and specializes in industrial brokerage, partnering with Lane Holbert, a 16-year veteran in the industry. They provide Landlord and Tenant Representation, as well as Investment and Owner/Occupier Sales. Additionally, they provide specialized services in the Food Facilities Practice Group.
Before joining Cassidy Turley, Barb served as the Director of Real Estate and Facilities for a large, independently owned escrow company in California, encompassing 24 branches throughout Southern California. In this role, Barb was responsible for site selection, lease negotiations, tenant improvements/construction, procurement and lease administration. During her tenure, the company experienced tremendous growth, and Barb successfully managed the real estate challenges to sustain this expansion.
