Previously I was a resident of Sarasota County for over 30 years where I practiced real estate and environmental law working with developers, local governments and individual home owners on waterfront issues, permitting issues, 1031 exchange transactions, foreign seller issues and closing real estate transactions. I worked for Sunbelt Title Agency as a regional attorney overseeing and resolving title issues and closings with the aim and satisfaction of providing exemplary customer service.<br />Giving back to the community has always been one of my passions. I am a former longtime member of the Junior League of Sarasota, served on the Mote Marina Advisory Council, served on the boards of Sarasota Sailing Squadron, HOPE of Manatee, chaired the Brandenton Downtown Development Agency, served as Fleet Captain for St. Petersburg Yacht Club and Chair of Power Boat Competition at St. Petersburg Yacht Club.
