Highly qualified in discounted cash flow analysis (IRR, FMRR, Net Present Value ect) and Site Analysis. Have leased and or sold over 25 million square feet of commercial property. Program Committee Member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (832 members) and named one of the top 25 commercial real estate brokers in Minnesota in 2009 by my peers (Twin Cities Business Journal). Named one of the top 30 brokers in the US by Opus Corporation in 2008. ICSC member since 1995. 2020 Minnesota Shopping Center Association Hall of Fame Inductee.
