Whirlygig was started in 1997 by three Partners with varying backgrounds in the Real Estate and Investment area, to develop new investment properties and manage existing properties owned by the Partners. Since then we have developed a number of Commercial Retail and Office properties as well as doing four "Build to Suit" stores for Goodwill Industries of So. Arizona. We are available to do "Build to Suit" projects for other companies.
