Barry brings 15 years of diverse experience in Industrial and commercial real estate to Realtec- Loveland. He has worked in real estate investment and property management in northern Colorado since 1985. Prior to joining Realtec Barry owned and operated a manufacturing business in Berthoud CO, that designed, tested and manufactured specialized shipping and storage containers for critical service in both military and commercial applications. Barry’s extensive business knowledge and experience brings a new look to the real estate business in Loveland.
Barry is a degreed Structural Engineer (Colorado State University) specializing in industrial buildings, structural design, and materials.
