Beau Ladwig joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 as an Associate with the Broward County Office Leasing Team led by Managing Director Donna Korn. Before becoming an Associate, Mr. Ladwig was an intern for Cushman & Wakefield and earned valuable experience in drafting lease proposals, touring office space and conducting vital market research.
Mr. Ladwig double majored in Real Estate and Finance at Florida State University, where he was an active member of the FSU Real Estate Society. Since joining the firm, he has become critical to the Korn team’s landlord representation work throughout the Broward County market.
