Bio
During his career he has represented institutional landlords, entertainment companies, law firms, insurance companies and financial institutions in transactions reaching roughly a million square feet. His most notable clients are the Blackstone Group and Equity Office Properties; he currently represents them on 9 of their buildings for a total of 3.5 million square feet.
Beau’s vast market knowledge and access to information is unparallel in the marketplace. This knowledge combined with his lease negotiating experience ranging from market rents and concessions to construction and tenant improvements puts him at the top of his field.
His achievements and recognitions include being named by the Costar Group as a “Los Angeles Power Broker” for 2009. He has been quoted or recognized as leader in real estate by publications including the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Business Journal, Commercial Property News, Real Estate Southern California and Costar.
Prior to joining Madison Partners and now LA Realty Partners, Beau spent four years working in the entertainment business for Universal Music Group and Universal Pictures. Beau received his Bachelor degree from the University of Southern California. He was the captain of the 2002 men’s volleyball team as well as a four-year starter, and received an athletic scholarship. Beau is a member of the Jonathan Club and the Marshall Partners at USC.
