Becky was born & raised in Cheswick, PA, a suburb of Pittsburgh. In 1978, she was recruited & moved to live in the Washington, DC area for 7 years where she continued her education in the evenings. She relocated to MA in late 1984. She was an Executive Recruiter, a Marketing Manager & later held the position of Program Manager for Banyan Systems, a leader in computer networking. She and her husband Joe moved to Port Charlotte, FL in 1996. They relocated his national executive recruiting company & she joined in his efforts where they continued to grow that business. Becky entered the real estate business in 2000 as a single agent & enjoyed a great deal of success as Charlotte County flourished. Late 2001, she formed the Becky Borci Team within the Coldwell Banker organization. She earned her Coldwell Banker Certified Global Luxury Specialist certificate in 2003 and received her SRES designation. In 2007, she earned her Florida Broker's License as well as her e-Pro designation. In April of 2008, Becky started her own brokerage, Becky Borci Realty. In January 2010, she achieved her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) status to remain knowledgeable for their customers. In early 2017, the Becky Borci Team realized they were not able to offer their customers and REALTOR agents what a GLOBAL worldwide brokerage could offer. They decided in May to merge back with Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty, Member Schmidt Family of Companies, to take their CUSTOMERS, REALTORs, and company to the next level. It is not about their business; it is about their customers. Hence her motto from the beginning in 2000 - "OUR CUSTOMERS ARE OUR BUSINESS". Let her team be there for you!
