A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist an industry veteran, Belle started out on the commercial side working for a developer in Beverly Hills, and then for a New York based developer in Hollywood, California where she worked on a team managing and leasing two of the most iconic buildings at Hollywood and Vine.
Belle’s affinity for real estate began at a much earlier age. “It’s what I know, it’s in my DNA,” she explains. As a child, her grandfather used to take her and her younger brother to his investment properties in Los Angeles on the weekends. “Everyone always needs a place to live,” she would hear him say. “You go to work and you come home.” Thus, what began as a fascination with historic properties, the Tudors, Bungalows and Craftsman she toured as a child quickly grew into her life’s work, and set her heart on fire with a passion for matching people with homes and properties that meet their needs.
“I am passionate about uniting people with properties that connect their dreams to their own unique lifestyle,” says Belle. Today, she is the “go-to” agent for loyal clientele across the Metroplex, stretching from McKinney and Frisco to Uptown and White Rock Lake, and all the way to Paris, Texas. Belle lives in Hollywood Heights where she fittingly lives in a 1926 Tudor situated in one the most historic neighborhoods in Lakewood.
Belle’s reputation for keeping her finger on the pulse of what is happening in the market, stems from her strong brand network, and ability to creatively market and sell properties in some of Dallas’ most prestigious neighborhoods. “My goal is to get you maximum value for your property with minimum hassles. I understand that buying and selling can be an emotional experience, and I always set out to be the calming force of every transaction,” she explains.

Over the last decade, Belle spent her free time as a volunteer with Teammates for Kids, a Garth Brook’s charity, ProCamps® and Jason Witten Football Camp where she uses her ‘can do’ attitude assisting wherever needed. After 7 years of volunteering for these charities, she favors selling t-shirts and auction sales at these events to help raise funds for those in need.
