Bio
He has been responsible for coordinating new developments as well as assisting in the marketing of current projects. During his tenure with Archway Properties, he has been the project manager for over $150 million of new and renovated developments.
With a heavy emphasis on the development process, Ben has managed a wide range of commercial product types including class-A office, medical office, heavy manufacturing, class-A industrial warehouse, flex industrial, and corporate interiors.
Prior to joining Archway he was with Georgia-Pacific in Arkansas and Texas.
Ben holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Business from Texas A&M University.
He is married with three children and is active in his church and charitable endeavors.
