Ben Elderkin has broad experience with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Before joining TWYN Real Estate, he was with Avison Young where he was a Vice President, and Tactix Real Estate Advisors, a boutique tenant rep firm headquartered in Radnor, PA.

Prior to Tactix, Ben worked as an Assistant Director with Studley in Philadelphia. Elderkin has a B.A. from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated on Urban Planning. His research at Penn included mixed-use and adaptive re-use projects in Philadelphia, and the efficacy of tax increment financing in urban development.
