Ben Joseph is a First Vice President (Honorary Title) in the Agency Group in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. Ben is responsible for creating financial models to analyze various real estate strategies for major corporations. He also plays an important role in transaction implementation including the creation of marketing materials, the preparation of comparative financial analyses, and the evaluation of potential leasing structures for the acquisition and disposition of leased assets. Prior to joining CBRE, Ben served as an Asset Management Intern for Yale University Properties, a group responsible for enhancing the relationship between Yale University and New Haven, CT through the development of high quality retail and office environments. Ben attended Yale University, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While attending Yale, Ben was a three-year letter winner on the Varsity Baseball team.
