Ben Klimesh is a tenant representation specialist in Newmark Knight Frank's Denver office, where he teams with Executive Managing Director Sam DePizzol, Executive Managing Director Jim McGrath and Managing Director Scott Worrell to provide trusted real estate advisory to many of the most acclaimed professional service firms and industry-leading corporations in Denver. Specializing in office properties, Mr. Klimesh assists with all aspects of client service delivery, focusing on providing seamless client relations and communication.
Mr. Klimesh joined NKF in 2018. Previously, he was a professional baseball player with the Cincinnati Reds organization. Following that, he worked for Apto, a rapidly growing commercial real estate technology company, where he consulted commercial real estate professionals on best practices for both leasing and sales transactions. Additional experience includes an internship at Performance Trust Capital Partners in Chicago, Illinois.
