Ben Marcus is now working for Marco Realty previously he worked at CBRE in the Oakland office since 2003 focusing on investment sales of multifamily and retail properties along the I-80/880 Corridor. Ben’s thorough understanding the leasing, operations and financial aspects of multi-housing and retail properties, along with his diligent work ethic and “deal creation” philosophy, bring benefits to each client he represents.
As a landlord and investor himself, Ben brings each client relationship extensive personal and professional knowledge of the East Bay real estate market. His extensive network of contacts – cultivated over years of active and aggressive sales in the region – means that he can reach potential buyers and sellers quickly and efficiently.
