Ben McKay joined the Newmark team in 2018 and has helped to underwrite over $500M in multifamily deals in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Southwest Missouri, while simultaneously developing business intelligence solutions to provide improved team insights into apartment supply and demand in these markets.
Before 2018, McKay leveraged specialty AI solutions for healthcare providers and, at the time of his company’s sale, managed EDI transactions from over 70 payers, increasing their revenues by more than 300%.
