Ben Redick joined Bruns Realty Group at the Tipp City office after obtaining his Real Estate Sales License in 2010. In less than 5 years, Ben had obtained his Broker’s license and took over management of Bruns Realty Group as Principal Broker. Redick concentrates his efforts on growing commercial sales and leasing throughout the Dayton Region. Over the last 15 years, Redick has grown the Bruns Realty portfolio to include deals ranging from smaller, local deals to eight-figure investments; with extensive experience in land development, light industrial sales and leasing, retail centers, flex, self-storage, and multi-family. He was raised in Troy, Ohio, where he and his family still reside. Ben and his wife, Kati, have two daughters, Emma and Addy. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, mountain biking, and vacationing to his family’s lake houses in Tennessee and Canada.
