Ben joined RIPCO in 2017 and is a Managing Director at RIPCO Real Estate in the Manhattan office. His expertise includes working with data and analytics proprietary to RIPCO to develop unique strategies for both his landlord and tenant clients.
On the tenant side, he uses data to detailed expansion strategies, market analysis, and location optimization which allows them to make the most informed decision when choosing locations. He has represented and worked on transactions with tenants such as UNOde50, Tonal, AMI Paris, RTA, Darden Restaurant Group, Pajar and CVS.
On the landlord side, Ben effectively uses analytics to develop leasing strategies and property value optimization. His clients include SL Green, RXR, K Property Group, Dalan Management, Dune Real Estate Partners, Princeton International, Equity Residential, William Macklowe Company, United American Land and Decker Capital Management.
Ben received his bachelor’s degree from Emory University. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
