Ben Sacks is Partner and Head of Originations at Alignment Realty Capital. Ben is responsible for Alignment’s origination efforts and focuses on: interfacing with existing owners and users of single-tenant commercial properties, management of inbound deal-flow from real estate brokers, business brokers, and other parties involved in potential transactions, and; general business development efforts. Prior to Alignment, Ben worked for a boutique capital market group in Dallas, IDS Real Estate in Los Angeles, and the family office of Bill Gates (BMGI) in Seattle. Ben is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College.
