Benjamin Saftler has an extensive background in commercial real estate. After spending 11 years at four tenant representative firms, Ben joined the Kaufman Organization, primarily representing tenants in commercial real estate transactions. Ben's role as a commercial real estate advisor includes representing clients in lease acquisitions and dispositions, lease auditing and strategic development, implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies, and advanced lease renewals. Ben has completed a multitude of transactions involving different industries including but not limited to technology, media, marketing, professional services, interior design/architecture, fashion, medical and nonprofit uses. Ben continues to excel at developing and sustaining client relationships.
