Ben Sweet founded Sweet Properties in 1991. Sweet Properties started out as a small family business with the owner and one employee. Over the years Sweet Properties has grown and now has several licensed property managers, a marketing director, a maintenance manager, and a bookkeeper. Ben is a California licensed broker, and several employees hold California state sales associate licenses.
Sweet Properties serves Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, and the surrounding Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced County areas. Most of our business comes from referrals from our clients and tenants. We believe our clients and tenants choose to do business with Sweet Properties because our top priority is to provide professional, efficient, and courteous services. Our clients and tenants know they can trust us to follow through with what we say we are going to do.
