Benjamin Blake Davidson, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS(Ben) is the founder and owner of Blake & Associates, LLC. Appraising since 1997, he holds a Certified General Appraisers license within numerous states with his Primary State being Colorado. He holds the MAI (Commercial), SRA (Residential), AI-GRS (Review) designations from the Appraisal Institute. Ben is an Eastern Kentucky University graduate holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture. He actively works within the Appraisal Institute through many local, regional, and national appointments. Ben is also an approved instructor with the Appraisal Institute teaching often with the Colorado chapter in Denver.
