Ben began his real estate career in 2004 at Cushman & Wakefield, an international commercial real estate services firm based in New York. He joined Byrnam Wood, a real estate brokerage representing only corporate office users and known for its independent, strategic style. Ben has represented clients in over 3 million square feet of real estate transactions. He has served as expert witness in commercial leasing in federal bankruptcy court and has taught commercial real estate to new real estate brokers. He graduated from Indiana University and before real estate was an English teacher at a nationally top-ranked college preparatory high school.
He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and holds real estate brokerage licenses in New York and New Mexico.
