Ben Yelm, based in Charleston, SC, is the Regional Manager for Marcus & Millichap’s North Carolina, South Carolina, and Southern Virginia offices. Since 1971, Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has been the premier provider of investment real estate brokerage services. Ben is a graduate of Miami University, a member of the International Council of Shopping Center, and is the Broker in Charge in South & North Carolina.
