Born and raised in Orange County, Berit McLaughlin is an Associate on Reid Wilbraham, Nick Vranka, and Hunter Adamske’s team at CBRE’s Inland Empire office. Berit focuses primarily on industrial tenant representation in the Inland Empire and infill markets of Southern California. By prioritizing her relationships beyond a transaction, her ability to identify an effective strategy and implementation plan results in achieved optimization. Berit and the team utilizes labor analytics, supply chain analysis, industrial engineering, project management, and incentives negotiation to build an actionable real estate strategy for companies ranging from small, privately held 3PLs to Fortune 500 industry leaders.
Prior to joining the team full-time, Berit interned at JLL in research analytics, took part in CBRE’s internship program in Newport Beach and continued an individual internship in Denver throughout her senior year. Upon graduation, Berit supported a high volume, executive team in the San Fernando Valley, facilitating managed bids, overseeing the transaction process, and coordinating all administrative support. Away from the office, Berit enjoys spending her days by the beach, finding the next best restaurant and traveling with friends and family.
