Bernie is a native of Mt. Pleasant, SC and has been in Greenville since 2013. Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, Bernie was president of Tidewater Development and Investment, Inc. During his career in the Low Country he assisted in the purchase and development of hotels, shopping centers, multi-family and single family projects. With over 32 years in commercial real estate, Bernie will now focus his attention in the Anderson, Oconee, Pickens and Greenville markets.
